Refund Policy

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY AND RETAIN YOUR RECEIPT!

No refunds, returns or exchanges will be considered unless you have proof of purchase so please keep your Hydromax receipt

CONSUMER AFFAIRS VICTORIA STATES THAT:

We are REQUIRED to give a refund if the goods;

Are faulty, or are unfit for the purpose you reasonably expected them to do, don’t match the description or sample we gave, or we made an extra promise about refunds.

We DO NOT have to give a refund, repair or exchange if you:

Simply changed your mind or found the goods cheaper elsewhere. Or if you knew about a particular fault before buying the goods or you damaged the goods by using them in a way they were not made for, also if you do not have proof of purchase.

EXCLUSION FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Hydromax is not obliged to give you a repair, exchange or refund if you change your mind after purchase. Choose carefully, particularly when purchasing the following items. If sealed, do not open.

Chemical Fertiliser, Additive or Grow Media: We cannot give you an exchange or refund after the manufactures seal/cap/bag has been opened.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES FOR CERTAIN PRODUCTS

Powermax brand products: You can sent us your feedback on the item directly. Please providing evidence of faulty and receive. Our customer support will help you to shipping the faulty item back to us for checking and providing you with information about any required replacement.

Electronic equipments: ballasts, control boxes, carbon filters, fans, silencers, trimmers and any electronic devices, which are faulty: We recommend that you contact the Manufacturer’s Customer Care Hotline before returning your product to us. If you do return to us, we will send the product to the manufacturer to repair the product or advise us to offer you an exchange or refund.

All inward freight will be the responsibility of the sender. Hydro will not cover the cost of freight. Please return the product to our warehouse (see details below) do not write or attach anything directly on the product or its boxing - damaging the carton may make it un-returnable.

Hydromax accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit or return.

Any refunds will not be paid until such time as goods returned have been receipted in our warehouse and inspected. Once this is completed a refund amount excluding any restocking fees, freight or other costs will be made. Refunds will not be paid on goods that have been opened, damaged or soiled.

* If you’re return does not meet our requirements but you feel you should be able to return it please email Hydromax management team. Higher restocking fees may apply for goods that are not in pristine condition. General Terms

All products proposed to be returned for exchange, replacement or refund MUST have proof of purchase from Hydromax in order for us to process any request. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in a return not being considered

We will offer a store credit or exchange (but not a refund) for any unopened goods returned within 14 days of purchase. Goods returned after 14 days of purchase will only be accepted at the company's discretion & may incur a 10% restocking fee. No refunds except in accordance with the Trade Practices Act.

Hydromax has a 14 day product return policy where Hydromax is not as fault. All products returned for credit must be in pristine, unopened condition with all seals intact. Opened, damaged or soiled product will not be accepted*.

Order Cancellations

rder cancellations are instantaneous over the telephone; contact only the internet sales manager to ensure an instant cancellation. Any cancellations advised by email must allow 48 hours (excludes non-working days) for email processing and cancelling. Goods already shipped before a cancellation request is processed (within 48 hours for email or before telephone advice) can be recalled /returned however courier charges cannot be refunded. Please provide (via email ONLY) your account and BSB details for all prepaid refunds.
